What does the role of a Recruitment Consultant at g2 Recruitment entail?
- Becoming a specialist in the Tech/IT Benelux/German market (no previous experience needed)
- Building a portfolio of clients and candidates within the sector - cold calling and pitching are just parts of the job
- Creating long-standing candidate relationships and sourcing roles via various methods of communications
- Building a business strategy to target new key clients
- Developing sales skills as well as recruitment knowledge
- Advertising – building a personal network presence
What will you get from g2?
- Genuine earning potential: through an industry-leading INDIVIDUAL uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE's of £30- £35K by year 1, £40-50k by year 2 and the ability to hit £100K by year 4
Starting salary: £24,500 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION based on your performance.
