Recruitment is the active pursuit, attraction, and hiring of individuals to occupy open positions within a company. This process encompasses pinpointing the personnel requirements of an organisation, discovering potential candidates, and choosing the most fitting individuals to become part of the workforce.

A Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:

·       Generating new sales and leads.

·       Following up all potential sales leads.

·       Liaising with new and existing clients.

·       Interviewing and registering new candidates.

·       Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies.

·       Building strong candidate relationships.

·       Conducting reference calls.

·       Updating our CRM system on a regular basis.

·       Compliance and industry knowledge.

No prior experience is required, just a world class attitude, a hunger to be successful and bags of personality!
