Training & Profiles

  • Graduates at Airbus can take their first steps towards building a big career. Over the course of their programme, they can explore the breadth of the business through a series of rotational placements – allowing them to build the knowledge, experience and understanding needed to progress within the organisation.

Airbus’ UK graduate programme is both structured and flexible. Why? Because Airbus is a strong believer in career mobility, as it allows the organisation and its people to move forward. So placements are tailored to suit each graduate’s needs, as well as those of the business, encouraging individuals to take control of their own career. Add to that outstanding training and development, a comprehensive induction, various technical and business modules, and graduates have everything they need to succeed in either commercial aircraft or defence and space.

While the majority of roles are engineering-based, Airbus also recruits people with degrees in everything from Materials Sciences and IT to Business and Finance. Airbus’ placements last between two and three years and are designed to accelerate learning development – helping graduates to discover new career paths and open their mind to the company’s possibilities.
