We’re a leading multi-national insurance company employing over 50,000 people in 170 countries around the world. You’ll be part of a truly diverse network and have all the support that comes with being a key part of a strong and stable company.
We’re looking for graduates with the desire and potential to become future leaders working in an innovative global insurer. You’ll be part of a dynamic industry, testing and developing your skills in a highly energetic market and fast-paced environment. On top of that, you’ll be working for a company which supports real people in their everyday lives, and more importantly protecting the things they love.
Our Future Leader programmes are all about finding graduates with potential and turning that into a successful and rewarding career with Zurich. We give you the opportunity to experience a variety of areas, which will help you build tailored skills to grow within the company. We’ve been a highly reputable player since 1872 and we’re focused on developing talent to ensure ongoing future success for the organisation.
What can I look forward to?
As a Finance graduate you’ll work with business-facing and corporate finance teams in a fast-paced environment. With tasks involving financial reporting, management accounting, business partnering, expense analysis and treasury management. It’s all about building a strong understanding of our business and our culture, thinking on your feet and finding ways to protect the things people love.
It’s a three-year rotational programme where you’ll need to be mobile, as your rotations could take you to a number of our UK offices. But no matter what office you’re in, you’ll get to learn from some of our most talented colleagues in the business, who will encourage and guide you to be your best. You can expect a comprehensive support and study programme to achieve your professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) and what’s more, your achievements will be rewarded with regular reviews and pay increases. You may even have the opportunity to work abroad – we are a global company after all!
What you’ll need:
• A 2:1 degree (predicted or achieved) in any undergraduate discipline
• At least 112 UCAS points – BBC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies
• A-C grade in Maths and English GCSE
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
How do you feel about the things you truly love? Don’t you want to protect them in the best way possible? Imagine if you could help people do this all over the world. You’d give them confidence and reassurance by protecting what they love most.
So make a difference. Be challenged. Be inspired. Be supported. Love what you do. Work for us.
