This complex ecosystem of new technologies and ideas, creates fantastic opportunities for talented graduates to learn fast, champion change and establish careers where they need to think differently every single day.

As a Supply Chain & Logistics graduate you have the ability to chose to work within our Industrial Operations team or Commercial team.

Industrial Operations (IO): Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate

Our Reimagine strategy is transforming every part of our business. We’re rethinking how we design and deliver the next generation of luxury, sustainable cars and everything that goes into them. In reinventing our end-to-end supply chain capability and performance, our pioneering people are using advanced digital tools to bring together a global network of more than 5,000 suppliers in the most connected way possible to achieve one thing: delivering awe-inspiring vehicles on time, flexibly, sustainably and competitively.

Completing four, six-month rotations, you could find yourself gaining key skills in sales & operations planning or execution, IO sustainability & circular economy, inbound freight, finished vehicle distribution, material fulfilment, supply chain analytics & digital, IO programmes, capacity planning, IO risk & resilience, packaging or supply chain design.

Within these areas, recent projects have included delivery of a circular economy initiative from concept, through to implementation of a closed loop supply chain, and preparing a detailed geopolitical supply chain risk study paper. We have also developed an accounting methodology for supply chain greenhouse gas emissions and water usage, led a key project to source commodity intelligence, and completed a sustainability impact assessment for our distribution compound, whilst modelling distribution for peak manufacturing scenarios and deploying packaging efficiency improvements.
