Celebrating it's 180th year anniversary, they are now looking for a Research Assistant to drive a new round of growth strategy. It is an exciting time to join the business in a role that is crucial to the growth and success of the charity.
To carry out research and analysis using primary and secondary sources in order to ensure the business stands true to being data driven, and evidence based.
Consulting with stakeholders and understanding their requirements to assess whether they have enough resources.
Ensuring the wider business understand different kinds of analysis, methods and approaches so that the charity have the greatest insight and influence on helping others.
Developing KPI's and creating measurement guides so that the business can measure its progress against its strategic objectives.
Building and maintaining relationships within the business to support their research needs.
Building relationships with external partners to enable the business to seamlessly gain accurate and up-to-date information.
Having an interest or prior experience within research or analysis will allow you to grasp and understand the role quicker.
Having a keen eye for detail will allow you to analyse large sets of data as well as the business processes.
Excellent presentation and communication will enable you to interact with executives and board level members.
Being conscientious and mindful will allow you to strive in a charitable environment influencing and helping members of the community.
