Are you an organised, creative & multilingual individual with previous experience in luxury hospitality/retail looking to work alongside the hottest & most luxurious brands in media, entertainment & fashion?

A creative & bespoke media company committed to delivering revolutionary lavish travel market place, are looking for a Sales & Travel Coordinator for their luxury travel show supporting the regional manager for the Europe Region. You will be working with premium hotel, fashion and entertainment brands worldwide which gives you an opportunity for international travel. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to learn & progress as you will be surrounded by people with excellent knowledge to help you develop.

The role

  • First point of contact for clients, responding quickly & efficiently
  • Provide administrative support to the European regional manager
  • Researching potential leads & updating details on salesforce
  • Support the team with planning events overseas - guest list, venue sourcing etc
  • Attend annual show in the US & ensuring clients needs are fulfilled

The candidate

  • Previous experience working with a luxury brand - hospitality/retail or experience of sourcing leads / sales is advantageous. This will mean you can hit the ground running
  • A polite and professional manner will allow you build rapport with clients and customers
  • Being pro-active about the management and improvement of the customer experience will mean you will be able to provide the best service for your clients
  • Fluency in either German, Spanish, French, Italian will allow you to communicate effectively with clients who speak this as a first language
  • Expert level in email applications and diary management, and expert level of Excel, Word and PowerPoint or keynote is essential
