Clarasys are a rapidly growing consultancy specialising in lead to cash projects. They are entirely tech neutral and are known for their collaborative, agile approach to managing change. They work across a variety of company sizes and sectors and have a strong CSR policy. They are looking to take on their next group of candidates for their graduate scheme to train and develop them into fully fledged billable consultants.
Embarking on a structured training scheme where you will learn the fundamentals of agile, change management and other types of consultancy so that you are well equipped to deal with all elements of the role
Collaborating with other graduates on a pro-bono project to put your new skills to the test! Previous pro bono projects have included the Imperial War Museum, The Prince's Trust and Marie Curie Cancer Care
Working closely with your mentor and being involved in a client facing project within 3 months of your starting to enable you to start practicing straight away.
Developing your business analysis skills so that you can take more pivotal roles in projects of increasing complexity
Working in in a flat hierarchy thus giving you access to the senior figures in the business; they will even take you out for lunch in your first week!
With your stellar academic record, including either a 2:1 or 1st class degree from a top university, you will be able to speedily learn all the processes and nuances of consultancy
Having an analytical mindset will enable you to see all facets of a problem so that you can help to solve this
Strong communication skills will enable you to gain insight from all stakeholders and completely integrate yourself into the businesses with whom you are working
Experience of handling difficult or unexpected situations will help you to manage all elements of the role and adapt to changes within the scope of the project
An inquisitive personality and desire to learn will enable you to hit the ground running in your new role as a Graduate Management Consultant
Applications are considered on a first come first come first served basis. Assessment centres are being held on 5th, 6th , 9th and 10th of July 2018 and you must be able to attend at least one of these. The start dates for the scheme are:
