As a Graduate Inside Sales Executive you will be an integral part of this successful team. As a leading provider of technology platforms for temporary and interim staff within the hospitality sector, they have achieved 300% year on year profit growth and only been established for 3 years. They have secured venture capitalist funding from some serious investors within the online marketplace.

They are looking to recruit a graduate sales executive into their expanding team, based in central London. They currently operate from 5 major UK cities and have plans to operate out of more in the very near future.

The role:

  • Prospect and qualify new clients within the hospitality sector throughout the UK, showcasing a high-level service, having full control of the sales cycle from start to finish
  • Researching the industry for new leads and following up with emails & other potential methods in which to get hold of your customers
  • Identifying and calling decision makers to qualify and present a solution, this will involve all the benefits of this top-class technology, providing your clients with a cost-effective way for the hospitality sector to connect with first-class temporary workers

The Candidate:

  • Preferably previous B2B sales experience and/or lead nurturing, so you are able to hit the ground running, feeling successful from very early on in your career here
  • Experience within the hospitality sector would be desirable with excellent presentation skills, also demonstrating very good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and organised, attentive to detail, great work ethic, adaptable, able to work as an individual but also able to work within a team
