Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Candidate Identification: Utilise a range of sourcing methods to identify and engage with executive-level candidates, both locally and internationally.

- Fluency in French: Utilise fluency in French to communicate effectively with clients and candidates, particularly in French-speaking markets.
