Our Client are a very successful and leading classified consumer digital advertising platform which is a household name with an amazing working culture and office environment.

Assignment Brief:

This role is to work within one of their biggest advertising sales teams to be the first point of contact for all new clients who have purchased advertising space. Your responsibility is to provide support and advice to all new customers. This role has a number of different elements to it so it will be suitable for someone who is organised and likes to multi-task.

Requirements: You must have some customer service experience experience for this role.

Fluency in English and strong communication skills required

Customer-centric focus: A thorough understanding of how to deliver an exceptional customer experience (Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations)

Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels

Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail

Self-motivated, good team player, Strong organisational skills as well as a disciplined approach to working

Technically adept, with experience using MS Office suite and CRM applications, preferably Salesforce
