We’re looking for ambitious graduates with a minimum 2:1 degree who want to work hard, are keen to learn and have a desire to succeed within our industry.
You can opt to apply for either our Group business pathway or our Regional technical pathway. Both offer Board level sponsorship, real responsibility from day one and great opportunities to build your career. We’ll work with you to tailor your experience to suit your strengths and interests, so that you can build your career with us.
Our Business pathway is aimed at graduates who have a desire to develop their career through exposure to a variety of functions which will provide them with a wide-ranging knowledge base. Applicants can be from a multitude of degree disciplines, need to be able to think laterally in order to challenge our current approaches and be UK mobile.
Our Technical pathway is aimed at graduates who have a desire to develop their career by applying the knowledge gained from their degree to a specific job role from day one. Applicants will preferably have a relevant degree along with related work experience, need to be able to quickly utilise that knowledge in a project environment and be regionally mobile.
We offer a competitive starting salary and benefits package including where relevant support in attaining professional accreditation and payment of professional membership fees. All graduates join us on a 2 year fixed term contract.
