Training & Profiles
As a trainee consultant at the ReThink Academy, you’ll be put through an intensive six-month training programme to develop the talents you’ll need to succeed. During that time, you can look forward to hands-on training with a range of experienced consultants as well as external trainers in everything from developing meaningful client relationships, to providing the right recruitment and resourcing solution for each situation. Working towards targets and completing master classes, all the while proving your academic rigour, you’ll develop experience in all areas of the business, gaining skills that will be every bit as diverse.
This isn’t an unpaid internship; we are a successful international recruitment consultancy looking for talented new staff. We are committed to excellent training so we have partnered with Lander Associates, one of the world’s leading recruitment training companies, to create an academy that fuses intensive training from professional tutors with practical experience working with successful recruiters.
