As the world’s leading specialist insurance market, Lloyd’s handles some of today’s toughest and most complex risks. Risks like hurricanes, terrorism, and political unrest. In our time we have even insured football clubs, films and Father Christmas’ beard.

Over the course of 300 years, we’ve built a reputation for insuring things that others could not. We are relied upon by organisations, governments and individuals in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide. We are, quite simply, an extraordinary organisation.

Similarly, these are extraodinary graduate careers and we’re looking for only the most exceptional talent to join our scheme – which has been designed to stretch and broaden the very sharpest of minds. Through a series of placements throughout the Corporation of Lloyd’s and the market it oversees, you will experience and influence many different aspects of what Lloyd’s does. You will meet and work with highly intelligent and experienced people., At the end of the 18-month programme, you will emerge with a unique and panoramic view of Lloyd’s, the global insurance industry and business in general – and be able to take advantage of many opportunities within Lloyd’s.

There are a lot of people I work with that have really good credentials. I’m lucky to have some really impressive colleagues - in terms of how they work with people and the level of experience they bring. But I’ ve never felt afraid to speak to them. You can literally speak to anyone here. And, although it’s a complex organisation, I’ve never felt I didn’t understand what was going on.
