Graduates in property management are knocking on the door of Countrywide Lettings following the announcement of a new recruitment drive.
The lettings giant has unveiled 12 new positions for graduates, with trainees being coached on how to synthesise and enhance their own lettings team, under a dedicated supervisor.
The course will last two years, with a basic salary of £18,000 on offer.
Group commercial director of the firm, Nick Dunning, said: "We are pleased to launch our inaugural graduate management programme as we recognise that the success of our lettings business is built on our commitment to excellence and the calibre of our people.
"We aim to recruit individuals who will play an important role in our future success and we welcome the opportunity to grow our specialist teams through this programme."
