Graduates looking for a career in hospitality will welcome the creation of thousands of new jobs at budget hotel chain Travelodge.
This year, Travelodge will create more than 1,000 roles at 41 new hotels across the UK.
Positions at the new sites will include managers, receptionists, housekeepers, cleaners and bar staff.
And recruitment for new hotels in London, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Chester, Sunderland and Bradford opened on Tuesday.
Alongside this, the budget hotel chain is also taking on 120 apprentices for its junior management programme, which aims to get jobless young people back into work.
Michelle Luxford, human resources director at Travelodge, said: "We have an aggressive growth plan in place, which includes opening 1,100 hotels by 2025. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and committed individuals who want a long-term career in hospitality."
