Graduate job hunters could soon benefit from the creation of 200 new employment opportunities at insurance firm Hastings Direct.
The company has announced plans to offer the jobs over the course of this year, with specific graduate job schemes also set to be created in 2012.
Hastings unveiled the plans following growth in its car, home, van and bike insurance divisions.
The jobs will range from entry level positions to senior management roles, the organisation indicated. The news comes after 400 jobs were introduced by the firm in 2010.
HR director at Hastings, Amanda Menahem, said the jobs will relate to various areas of the company's business.
She stated: "We need to fill roles in all areas from finance to facilities, IT, marketing and our call centres.
"We are committed to growing our people and continue to invest heavily in staff development; we have doubled our leadership and development programme and will create college leaver and graduate schemes later in the year."
