Graduates looking to work in the insurance industry could benefit from the creation of 80 new jobs at Fusion Contact Centre Services.
The Coventry-based insurance employer, which manages business for some of the leading financial service brands in the UK, is planning to expand next year with roles being created at its contact centre.
The vacancies at the centre, which is part of the BGL Group, need to be filled by the end of this year.
The move represents continued growth for the employer, which manages companies including Bennetts, the bike and motorcycle insurance provider.
The latest expansion plans follow similar moves by Fusion over the past 12 months,. which have seen it fill 200 vacancies since October 2010.
The additional staff will also help the company to meet forthcoming targets over the next few months.
Andy Talbot, site manager at Fusion, said: "We are fortunate to be in a position to offer new job opportunities for enthusiastic people who want to work hard. In return, we offer a rewarding environment as recognised by our success at the 2010 Coventry & Warwickshire Employer of Choice Awards where we won the 'Employer of choice' title.
"It acknowledged our contribution to employee benefits, health and wellbeing initiatives, and employees' learning and development."
He added: "We're keen to bring onboard some eager and hardworking individuals to support our busy agenda and, even if you have not thought about contact centre work before, why not see what Fusion can offer?"
