New graduate jobs and undergraduate placements are due to be provided by Marks & Spencer UK, with over 200 retail opportunities on offer in its head office and its stores.
The firm will offer roles to 140 graduates, along with year-long placements for about 60 undergraduates, which would count as part of their degree course.
Retail management roles in M&S stores will be open for graduates to apply for, along with positions in food development, product technology and fashion design schemes at its head office.
Merchandising and general buying schemes will also be open to graduate applications.
To support the company's multi-channel retail ambitions, M&S is offering specialist e-commerce roles to seven applicants.
Graduates will be supported by leadership and technical training throughout the M&S schemes, to aid their development as future business leaders.
Over 11,000 people applied for the M&S Graduate Scheme last year. This year's application intake will close in December.
