Retailer Marks & Spencer, a regular in the graduate top 100 employers list, is shelling out £600 million on a revamp of its 700-plus stores.
The chain wants to create "shops within shops" for its in-house brands, including Per Una, Limited Collection and Autograph - each will have its own labelling, lighting and shop fittings to make them more recognisable.
Leading model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is spearheading the advertising campaign for the Autograph range as the company embarks on the three-year plan.
The first glimpse of the new approach will be seen at the M&S store at the new Westfield shopping centre, next to the 2012 Olympics site, with other stores set to begin introducing the changes during autumn.
