Graduates interested in working across the hospitality and food and drink industries should consider Greene King, which has just announced an increase in sales figures and an upturn in profits.
Restaurants like Hungry Horse , Old English Inns and Loch Fyne all come under the banner of the Suffolk-based brewer and pub chain.
Greene King's expansion has been accompanied by the acquisitions of the Cloverleaf and Realpubs chains, which have helped it to a 4.3% sales increase in its retail sector.
Analyst Paul Leyland said: "We see Greene King as a well run operator capable of continued investment and market share growth."
