Graduates can apply for new contact centre jobs to be created by a global service company in Wales.
Serco, which aims to enhance the quality and efficiency of essential services for a number of organisations, has announced plans to create up to 600 in Cardiff.
The positions will be based in a new city centre office, which is due to launched in August this year. The firm intends to create the jobs over the next 12 months.
The new staff will help to manage sales and customer services for its clients including the UK's biggest online and home shopping retailer, Shop Direct Group.
The contact centre will be operated by The Listening Company (TLC), which was purchased by Serco in March 2011.
Neville Upton, chief executive of TLC, said: "We're delighted that the growth in our business has provided us with the opportunity to establish ourselves in such a vibrant city centre.
"Not only does this move enable us to enhance our geographical spread and build on our relationships with key clients, it will lead to the creation of a number of exciting job opportunities and we expect to grow the business in the coming months and years."
