PricewaterhouseCoopers, a leading advisory company, has announced the recruitment of 50 graduates in Wales and the west of England.
Professional qualifications will be attained through a formal development programme at the firm, which added that it will be taking on another 65 staff, including graduates, next year in the region.
The 50 recently filled vacancies saw around 5,500 people apply, up 118% on the same period last year.
Rob Lewis, PwC's regional chairman, said: "These local appointments are testimony to the exceptional abilities of the individuals concerned and I wish them all the best in their future careers with PwC.
"Their recruitment provides further evidence of PwC's continued significant investment in the region, following hot on the heels of a number of partner and director promotions earlier this year."
