Aengus McClean, head of AOL Global Operations, described it as an exciting time for the company and its Dublin base.
He said: "Dublin has been central to AOL's success over the years and will be integral to our future development.
"For this new era we will be positioned in the city centre which will give great additional energy to the organisation and we're confident will be a highly attractive place to work for new recruits."

New recruits will work alongside their global counterparts, have good opportunities for travel and enjoy highly attractive benefits as part of their packages.
