PricewaterhouseCoopers' Sheffield office has taken on seven new graduates and two HEADstart placements, it has been revealed.
The majority of the seven graduates have studied at either The University of Sheffield or Sheffield Hallam University, while two HEADstart placements have also been appointed directly from Franklin College in Grimsby.
Most of the graduates will be studying for the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification and will work in PwC's assurance and public sector departments.
John Cowling, senior partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Sheffield, said: "PwC believes in fostering and retaining the region's graduates along with supporting the local community, this will help to further strengthen our practice and our local expertise which in turn benefits our clients.

PwC was named The Times' No 1 graduate employer for the sixth year running.
