The newest group of graduate students to join Lloyd's training scheme has started work.
First launched in 2007, the scheme involves an 18-month rotation which sees graduates work across three different placements.
Politics and International Relations graduate, Alexandra Vincenti, said the induction week had been "eye opening".
The former London School of Economics student said: "It's great that we've been given the choice of where to start our placement as it means I've been able to join the Government Affairs team, an area related to previous work experience I've done."
Head of Human Resources, Suzy Black, welcomed the graduates to the company and added a "great program" had been organised for them.
She said: "We look forward to working with the graduates and supporting them in developing their careers at Lloyd's."
Applications for the 2010 intake has begun and will remain open until January 2010.
