The Role:
As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will build up your own portfolio of clients through cold calling and networking. You will oversee the recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening your candidates, to managing the interview process and negotiating your candidate's salaries with your clients.

The Person:
We are looking for ambitious self-motivated individuals who are graduates or of graduate calibre, or individuals that have previous sales experience. To become a successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will have fantastic communication skills and possess a persuasive manner.

Our client specialises in recruiting highly qualified IT candidates into companies that require their skills such as Ernst and Young and Deloitte. They are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join them and help build the IT into Banking and Finance division. This is a very rare position to join a highly regarded company who are known for placing the highest level, and high paid candidates into the banking sector. You in turn will benefit financially for each placement you make.
