Cobham Engineering Graduate Programme

At Cobham, we’ve got what it takes to turn our graduates into the next generation of innovators, pioneers and entrepreneurs. Our Mission Critical Workforce Programme is a structured, closely monitored, two to three year rotational programme. Your programme will be a series of six to nine month rotations in various disciplines, depending on your career aspirations and what stream you decide to follow.

The duration of the programme is customised to fit your needs. No matter what area you choose to go into, you can count on plenty of exposure to our technology and culture. That’s why you’ll be required to complete placements across at least two of our divisions.

Throughout the programme, you'll have regular performance and development reviews with your assignment manager. You'll also be given a mentor that will provide personal and professional support, and a development log that will help you keep track of your progress. And if you want to gain a relevant professional qualification, we'll support you all the way. At the end of the programme, you'll have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position. Where you end up is up to you, but one thing’s for certain – in a company as diverse as ours, you'll never lack for interesting opportunities.

If you have a first class or upper second degree or a 3.5 GPA in an engineering discipline, we want to hear from you – even if you have a few years of work experience.
