We are looking for graduates from a variety of disciplines – business management, economics, business studies, humanities and marketing – to join our two-year graduate programme in the Philips Consumer Lifestyle Organisation. Throughout the scheme, you will gain experience in many different aspects of sales, marketing and operations with a world leader in healthcare, lifestyle and lighting.

Alongside this practical training, you will also study for the highly regarded Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM, with Philips supporting you financially with the essential costs of your initial tuition and exams. At least twice a year, we’ll review your progress and develop a structured plan for your further development.

To be considered for this programme you will demonstrate a high level of energy in pursuing work objectives and a total commitment to achieving successful outcomes, as evidenced by your academic results and extra curricula activities. You will have achieved a minimum 2:1 and have long-term ambitions in sales, marketing and operations with first class communication, planning and organisational skills.
