Based in Central London, our client is a highly specialised Recruitment Consultancy, and is the foremost provider of recruitment solutions to global financial institutions across Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East. They are working with with a diverse range of high-end clients, including investment banks, hedge funds and fund of funds, asset management, M&A, corporate finance as well as private equity financial consultancies and trading houses. As a niche supplier to the Financial Services and Consulting sectors our client are currently working with a significant number of FTSE 250 institutions.

The Role - Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant you would be involved in the whole recruitment process from beginning, researching and building a network of contacts, through to completion, negotiating terms and closing deals. Your first few months would be spent in a training period where you will learn about the organisation in more depth, as well as developing a deep understanding of the finance industry as a whole. You will be involved in generating new business for yourself, as well as developing key accounts and meeting clients. To be successful in this role you will need to be a 'networker' and be able build rapport with new and existing clients easily.

• Educated to degree level in any discipline
