You’ll lead and manage a team – either drivers or conductors – helping to keep performance and satisfaction levels sky high. As a 100% people focused manager, you’ll drive real improvements in engagement.

You don’t need transport experience for these roles. What’s essential is that you’re a strong personality, able to quickly win the respect of a highly experienced and dedicated team of 35-40. You’ll have a successful track record of line management in a customer-focused environment, and you’ll be able to show impressive results when it comes to meeting demanding budgetary and workforce productivity targets.
