Earning potential varies throughout all of my roles, but basics vary from 18k-22k at the junior or trainee with OTEs realistically varying
from 35K to 70K with some offering around the 100K mark.

Our criteria for roles vary, but a good overview of what we look for is:

·A clear understanding of Recruitment and where Sales features in the role
·At least a 2:2 degree from a Redbrick University
·Preferably some target based sales experience
·Extra-curricular interests travel, sports, drama, fundraising
·And an engaging, confident, determined personality!!
