I am currently looking for a Graduate calibre candidate for one of London's Leading Legal Search and Selection businesses, following a hugely successful period during the recession that saw the business expand by 1000%, they are now looking for some fresh talent to join there business. Specialising across 6 recruitment sectors the business has seen unprecedented growth in every sector in which it works. I am currently assisting them on finding a graduate or trainee level headhunter to join their legal brand.

You would need to have a clear understanding of what a researcher within a recruitment business would do day to day and you would need to be very motivated and drive to work hard.

This career will demand long hours and hard work but you will be rewarded financially for your efforts. In fact a career in this industry is the 4th highest paying job in the city after 10 years, with experience search partners looking to earn up to £350,000 a year.

Candidates need to be:

University Educated (preferably Red Brick/Russell Group)
Strong A-Levels
Have a clear understanding of recruitment and headhunting
Articulate, Intelligent, Well Presented and Polished
