Graduate Trainee Financial Headhunter / Graduate Executive Search

Basic £20k (£25k after Year 1) with OTE of £40-60k (1st year) and £80k-£100k+ (2nd year)

Our client is a Search and Headhunting firm that places experienced and specialised individuals in capital markets within Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Asset Management companies. We focus on Front and Middle Office mandates, with particular specialisation on Portfolio, Risk and Investment Management.

Our client is working with leading financial institutions, on roles and with teams who are on the cutting edge of market innovation.This fast-paced and absorbing environment requires consultants of a high calibre, who are able to rapidly absorb concepts and deal with leading clients on a daily basis.

Our client is currently looking to hire several trainee Headhunters. We are seeking focused individuals with:
