Employee Survey Analyst - Towers Watson

Specifically within the Organization Surveys & Insights Practice, we design and administer employee surveys, and apply benchmark data and advanced analytics, to develop practical insights about improving employee engagement, shaping a high-performance culture and achieving optimal return on talent investments.
The Role
As an Employee Survey Analyst and a key member of a project team, you will be responsible for the day to day project coordination and quality control, supporting all stages of the project lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
People
• Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
• Work closely with the client, suppliers and project team members to coordinate the logistics of the day to day running of the project. This includes managing the translation, printing / on line set-up, distribution and return of questionnaire materials.
• Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
Client
• Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations
• Contribute to the preparation of materials for presentations and client training workshops, as required.
Financial
• Ensure that expenses and time-sheets for client billings are submitted in a timely fashion
• Realise an efficient time management to help the business meet its financial targets Excellence
• Work with the Project Manager in creating the survey project action plan and other project documents to agreed project methodology specification, ensure that they reflect realistic timescales and project resourcing requirements.
• Monitor project status on a daily basis, keep the project action plan up to date, and discuss changes or issues with the project team and suppliers as soon as they arise.
• Oversee the production of all data reports and distribute to the correct recipients.
• Apply all quality control procedures and ensure that high standards of quality are maintained.
• Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes
The Requirements:
• Graduated with a BSc or MSc level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or significant work experience in a client service role.
• Highly computer literate and keen on learning and using new software applications.
• Knowledge of the following software applications is essential:
• Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• Databases
• Methodical and structured approach, attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple projects while working to defined deadlines is essential.
• Team player; Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Communicator; displays strong oral, written and public speaking skills in English, fluency in another European language is a benefit. Towers Watson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
