International Graduate Programme - GKN

This is a bespoke graduate programme designed to nurture our future leaders, it is small and select and tailored to each individual assuring you of personal attention and flexible development. You will be given the opportunity to test and grow your technical management skills across different business areas and cultures working on real projects, solving real problems and delivering real change.

The programme consists of two phases:
PHASE 1: You will undertake three 6 month placements within the GKN organisation (at least one placement will be an international assignment)
PHASE 2: This is the fast-track career managed phase where you will spend 12-18 months in at least 2 permanent roles
At the end of this 5-year programme we would expect you to hold a significant management role within the GKN business.

WE NEED INDIVIDUALS WITH:
• Masters level degree in either Mechanical, Manufacturing/Industrial, • Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering
• Ability to demonstrate clear leadership aspirations
• Able to be globally mobile
• Currently speak, or have a desire to learn, a second language
• Available to start employment in late November/early December 2010
