Our client (of which 51% is owned by one of the Dragons from Dragons Den) is seeking high quality business minded graduates to become part of their growing team of account managers. The company is keen on organic growth, promoting from within and aiding your personal development.

The ethos of the company is to be proactive not reactive in order to establish exceptional client relationships. They pride themselves on a transparent service and an open door policy. This has seen them achieve great success in a short space of time.

The role:

You will be developing and maintaining client relationships in order to maximise business efficiency.

Analysing client performance statistics and making decisions to improve efficiencies based on these statistics.

Presenting to clients on a regular basis.

Helping to Win New Business (through cold calling / networking)

Understand and informing clients on business strategy and future opportunities.

You must Be:

A Graduate in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Management related or Marketing (ideally 2.1)

Able to think outside the box and possess a strong Business acumen

Strong minded, able to make quick decisions for yourself.

Articulate and eloquent

be able to demostrate evidence of SUCCESS (outside of work and academics)
be able to demostrate evidence of PROACITVITY
be MONEY / CAREER motivated.

The Rewards

25K starting salary, and bonuses and increased salary on completion of probation

£5000 personal development after successful probation (3 months)
