You will need to work long hours - and some cold calling is required, but the rewards are huge - last year our top earner took home more than 250k.

Recruitment consultancy is a varied and demanding profession requiring dedication and motivation. The role is mainly telephone based, so you will be a confident and talented communicator with the ability to engage and influence people. You will be immersed in a fast-paced and target driven environment, necessitating working longer than average office hours.

* Constantly delivering solutions that exceed clients and candidates expectations.

* Development and maintenance of ongoing candidate and client relationships.

Salary

The starting salary for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is £18K.

On top of this you will enjoy an exceptional commission scheme aimed at rewarding success. Commission is uncapped, we find that setting limits on earnings sets limits on achievement. You have a direct input into what you earn so first year earnings are typically between £30-35k.

Hit you car target and you will be driving off in a brand new car. There are four car target levels so the more revenue a consultant bills, the better the car!
