Graduate-Fasttrack is constantly recruiting for a variety of roles within the recruitment sector, based in the City and West End of London, Bristol and Manchester.. We work with between 40-50 of the UK’s top recruitment consultancies and headhunting firms, which recruit into to the financial, legal and IT sectors. A number of the companies are listed in the Times Top 100 Employers 2009, whilst others are listed in the Times Top 150 Fasttrack companies.

We are not only confident but sure, that our opportunities are comprehensively the best in the recruitment sector. We even have exclusive contracts with a number of our clients, meaning that you will not have access to these opportunities anywhere else.

The packages on offer from our clients vary, however you can expect to earn £18-24k as a basic salary, with commission earnings raising this figure to £35-50k (typically) in year1, and £50-70k in year 2. These figures are simply the average for graduates. We do have clients that can guarantee that you will earn £50k minimum in your first year.

Career progression within recruitment is second to none. The recruitment sector is the fastest growing service sector in the UK today, with many companies looking to double in size over the next 2 years. The harder you work, and the more you earn, the faster you will progress. A hard-working graduate can hope to be in a “team leader” or “senior consultant” position within 12-15 months.

We are looking for the most ambitious and money motivated graduates. You MUST be extremely money motivated, since recruitment is a sales career, driven by money derived targets. We look for a “can do” attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to be the best. Some sales experience is useful but non-essential. Attitude is much more important than experience.
