Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Commission OTE £65,000

The Company

My client is a niche media consultancy based in the heart of the West End of London. Specialising PR; my client is an already established name at placing all levels of PR professionals and are now looking to strengthen their position within the Freelance/Contract Market.

The Role

You will be required to expand the business contract network, currently consultants dual desk. They have a huge client base on the permanent side of the business who are all crying out for temp staff. You will be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle and must be able to develop and maintain the existing database. You will have a Resourcer beneath you.

The Candidate

You will ideally have some sales experience, good communication skills working within a team and must be sociable and also willing to entertain clients and candidates. You will be highly driven, self motivated, ambitious and possess the ability to work autonomously. You will working on a growing desk/department and reporting directly to the MD.
