ROLE SUMMARY:

Through our recruitment process, we are not just recruiting for our current graduates but for people who can become our future Finance managers and beyond. For these roles, we are looking for strong numerical and communication skills. These skills will be assessed at the first stage of the recruitment process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Purchase order and IWO Management :
o Raising Intercompany Work orders to markets worldwide
o Filing and managing the intercompany work orders and undertaking revisions if requested.
o Chasing Purchase orders from Nokia.
o Creation of Jobs for Nokia projects if and when requested.
o Chasing reconciliations from markets on a regular basis
o Chasing intercompany invoices form the markets worldwide.
* Travel expenses Management
o Checking travel expenses ensuring the costs are within budget and receipts have been provided for all costs claimed to be billed onto the client.
* Assisting the Finance Lead
o Providing assistance to Finance lead with data collection and analysis for ad hoc internal and client requests
o Responsible for organising monthly and weekly financial meetings
o Ad hoc analysis and assistance in other areas where required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
* Not afraid by hard work, lots of energy with a keenness to learn new things
* Team player, good communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, highly organised
* Competent data analysis
* Personal Drive, enthusiastic, takes the initiative
* The ability to vary style from autonomy / independence to teamwork / interdependence
* Language a plus but not essential

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

* Ideally a 2:1 in Business / Accounting or Finance
* Basic experience in finance or accounting
* At least intermediate level of Microsoft Excel essential
* Experience in working with different system environment
