My client, a FTSE 100 multinational with offices worldwide are seeking dynamic graduates to join their dynamic and expanding technical support team.
You will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line desktop support to over 1200 users in one of their nationwide offices. This will involve first class customer service and helping the team achieve a rapid turn around on all technical issues involving users and infrastructure.
You will be a graduate with a minimum of a 2:2 in with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to progress your IT career. In return you will receive first class training and a competitive salary in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
