My client is a market-leading recruitment company, specialising in recruiting within a number of lucrative areas, such as accountancy and finance, banking operations, asset management and risk.

Their client base comprises of some of the world’s most established investment banks and FTSE 100 companies and they have an exceptional track record for excellence amongst their clients and candidates.

As a result of consistent success, they are looking to hire a number of Researchers to join their ever growing team based in their prestigious offices in central London.

As a Researcher you will learn how to identify and headhunt highly sought after candidates within your specialist market, typically out of reach from generic recruitment organisations. You will receive training by experts up to Director level, who will take a hands on and ongoing approach to your training and development. The training will cover a number of areas, such as headhunting, market mapping, networking and time management. You will also receive regular performance reviews, where you can work with your advisors to identify areas you need to improve on.

My client prefers to hire at the graduate level and foster a policy of organic growth in the business. Progression from Researcher to Consultant should be made within six months, although it has been made inside four months. The commission structure is one of the most generous in the industry, designed to reward outstanding performance.

To be successful in your application, you must be an ambitious, money driven individual with a strong work ethic and some strong evidence of achievement throughout your life.
