Internal Account Manager & New Business Developer - Manchester
Operating in high end IT Solution sales, a highly lucrative and buoyant market sector; this is a sales role based in Manchester in a very lively, open plan office environment. The role requires a tenacious, articulate and money motivated individual, preferably with proven success in business to business sales. As a graduate you will demonstrate a natural ability for sales, the desire to earn good commission and the drive and ambition to make this happen.
You’ll be working for a market leader, a PLC experiencing unprecedented growth and will be joining a hugely successful team. This is consultative, telephone based sales so it’s essential that you are capable of thinking on your feet without relying on a script, able to negotiating with senior level decision makers and develop new business.
This company already has relationships with huge household names across the UK and is looking to exploit the market further; you’ll be working with companies ranging from SME’s to blue-chip organisations. Full training is provided on the product via an in-depth induction and development program.
Applicants for this role should;
• Be of graduate or equivalent calibre
• Preferably have proven business to business sales experience
• Be able to work in a targeted environment
• Be money motivated
• Possess exceptional communication skills
In return you can expect;
• 18,500 starting basic salary for graduates without previous B2B experience, rising to £21,000 after probation period, plus uncapped commission - 1st year OTE £25,000, 2nd year £30,000+
• £21,000 starting basic for proven B2B professionals, rising to £22,000 after probation, plus uncapped commission £28-30,000 OTE for 1st year, 2nd year £40-60,000
• 25 days holiday per year
• Excellent Manchester City Centre Location
• 8.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday – no weekends or overtime required
