With all these services to our name, developing our business and achieving long-term profitability promises to be an absorbing challenge. Join our three-year Finance Programme and you’ll experience it at first hand, gaining an overview of the entire Group and exposure to our operations environment. During that time, you’ll carry out three placements and gain experience in functions such as Treasury, Investment Appraisal and Performance Management.

What you’ll need
We’re looking for a 2:1 or above in any subject, genuine commitment and professionalism, plus a flexible approach to relocation. It’s also important that you have the right to work in the UK for at least 3 years from the programme start date.

The rewards
You’ll earn a starting salary of £23,000, plus the chance to earn bonuses. As well as extensive training and development, you’ll be expected to study for your CIMA professional qualification, which you should gain within four years.
