Commercial Programme - Royal Mail - coming soon

Our Sales and Marketing team develop the leading-edge products and services that help keep us ahead of the competition. They’re responsible not only for coming up with creative solutions, but for selling them as well.

The graduate programme involves you taking on several different places over a period of up to two years. In that time, you’ll gain real-world experience of how we work, taking responsibility for live projects that directly affect the success of our business.

How will you give us the edge?

What you’ll need

The programme has a minimum 2:1 degree requirement in any subject. A willingness to learn is very important. You’ll also need the passion and drive to continue pushing our business forward.

The rewards

You’ll earn a starting salary of £22,500 as well as getting the chance to earn bonuses. You’ll also enjoy extensive training and development opportunities, and will be offered the support you need to gain professional qualifications.
