What you’ll need
Our list of essentials includes a 2:1 or above in any subject, the ability to support and engage customers and a flexible approach to relocation. You also need the right to work in the UK for at least 3 years from the beginning of the programme.

The rewards
Beyond a starting salary of £22,500 plus benefits, you’ll have exposure to a variety of placements, plus extensive development opportunities. These will include support while you study for a professional qualification.
